Your purchase will be shipped within 5-10 business days of placing your order, unless otherwise stated for made-to-order products. Please keep in mind that small batch graphic tee collections, art prints, posters are made to order and fulfillment time will be listed in their product details.

Your shipping will be calculated at checkout based on current rates with our shipping carriers.

We are a U.S. based company. Any cross-border taxes or international import fees will be charged to you after shipment via the shipping carrier. Please use your tracking number to pay any applicable customs duties, fees or taxes when the shipment arrives at the border to ensure a timely arrival.

Air shipping emissions are anywhere between 10 and 20 times higher than emissions from ground shipping. If you are not in a rush to receive your order and ground shipping is available for your location, we typically select retail ground (2-5 days) to reduce emissions!

If your purchase is for an event or photoshoot and you have a special request regarding the time-frame, please contact us and we will do everything we can to get your order to you when you need it!

Shipping charges are only refunded if we made a mistake in your order. Please refer to our refund and return policy for more info.

Chuckles and Bleu is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We are a small business and cannot replace a lost or stolen package after it has shipped. 

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps. Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.

A tracking number will always be emailed to you when your order has shipped. If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping company listed on your order confirmation email.
